At LabCore Peptides, we take great care in ensuring every research product is packaged, handled, and delivered with the utmost precision and quality control.
This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery expectations, and return guidelines for orders placed through www.labcorepeptides.com (“Site”).
1. Order Fulfillment
LabCore Peptides currently ships exclusively within the 50 United States.
We do not offer international shipping, including to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Orders must include a valid U.S. street address for delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these requirements.
All LabCore Peptides orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based GMP-certified fulfillment partner located in Lawrenceville, GA.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders received before 2 PM EST are typically processed within 2 business days.
Under exceptional circumstances (e.g., high order volume, supply chain delays, or system issues), fulfillment time may be extended with or without prior notice.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, the following estimated carrier transit times apply (excluding weekends and holidays):
Carrier: USPS Domestic (U.S.)
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
Total Lead Time (Fulfillment + Transit): 5–9 business days
Carrier: UPS Ground (U.S.)
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days
Total Lead Time (Fulfillment + Transit): 5–7 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and other logistics factors may cause variations.
3. Shipping Coverage
LabCore Peptides currently ships within the United States only.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, order weight, and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated tracking email from our fulfillment system. Tracking updates are managed directly by the carrier.
If your order contains multiple products, we will make every effort to ship them together. Large orders that exceed a single package may be split into multiple shipments.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks an order as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
LabCore Peptides and its fulfillment partner are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
For added protection, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout, which covers loss, theft, and damage during transit.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
Some research peptides may require temperature-controlled handling.
Our fulfillment partners utilize:
Insulated packaging
Cold packs (if applicable)
Timely dispatch protocols
We recommend retrieving all packages immediately upon delivery to maintain product stability.
LabCore Peptides is not responsible for degradation due to delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds & Credits
To ensure product quality and safety, LabCore Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
However, we will gladly provide a replacement shipment or store credit in the following cases:
Incorrect SKU or label shipped
Expired product received
Container seal or cap is broken or damaged
Tracking does not update within 10 business days (U.S. orders only)
To qualify, please submit a support ticket within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the affected items.
If eligible, we will either:
Reship your order free of charge, or
Issue a store credit for the full order amount (including product, fulfillment, and shipping).
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided. Credits may be applied to future purchases only.
8. Customer-Initiated Returns
We understand that unique situations may arise. Therefore, customer-initiated return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Returned products that are unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition may qualify for a product-cost-only credit after inspection and approval.
Please note that fulfillment and shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Bulk Orders
For wholesale or bulk purchases, all sales are final.
Refunds or returns are not accepted once bulk orders have shipped.
Exceptions may apply only in the event of:
Incorrect SKUs or labels
Expired products
Damaged or unsealed containers
Please submit a support ticket with your order number and a detailed description of the issue for review.
12. Research Use Reminder
All products shipped by LabCore Peptides are for laboratory research use only and not intended for human consumption or medical purposes.
